EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY:

If you would like to exchange or return (for store credit) an item purchased on www.intimascolombia.com please contact us DIRECTLY (otherwise we wouldn’t be able to help you with your order) by sending us an email to: customersupport@intimascolombia.com to request a return authorization. Do not contact third parties for this process. This will be accepted only within 14 business days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

Orders may be returned for store credit only. The client will have 30 days to redeem the store credit starting from the day we receive the garment. We are unable to offer refunds. All orders from our SALE collection are FINAL SALE. All orders placed using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging.

Exchanges will ONLY be valid for the same amount or higher, no exchanges will be accepted for values less than the original order.

Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy agreement or are returned without written approval. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
